NAIROBI, Kenya, May 19 – President Uhuru Kenyatta has returned from South Africa where he delivered the keynote address at the 6th Ordinary Session of the 3rd Parliament of the Pan African Parliament (PAP) at Midrand.

During the occasion, President Kenyatta pushed for deeper integration between African countries as a key driver to unlocking the continent’s economic potential.

President Kenyatta also held bilateral talks with President Jacob Zuma where they discussed the crisis in Burundi and other issues affecting Kenya and South Africa.

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, the President was received by Deputy President William Ruto and other senior government officials.

He inspected a guard of honour mounted by a detachment of the Kenya Air Force.
