If the allegations are substantiated, the National Assembly shall make available to the Cabinet Secretary the report of the Select Committee, together with any other evidence adduced at least three days before the day scheduled for his or her appearance before the Assembly afford the Cabinet Secretary an opportunity to be heard.
The Assembly will then consider the report of the Select Committee and vote whether to approve the resolution requiring the Cabinet Secretary to be dismissed.
If a resolution requiring the President to dismiss a Cabinet Secretary is supported by a majority of the members of the National Assembly; the Speaker shall promptly deliver the resolution to the President.
