“The reason why this administrative board was established in law, is for Kenyans to be given an opportunity to raise concerns if need be. In the event the board decides that there were one or two issues which were not followed to the latter, we have no choice but to comply with the law,” the CS said adding that the decision by the board was just like that made by any other court which must be followed.

Olive Telecommunications had been awarded the tender to deliver 400,000 laptops by end of this month in the first lot, which may now have to be delayed as the ministry goes back to the drawing board.
