The man is accused of allegedly conspiring with another woman to kill his wife after she reportedly threatened to quit the relationship.
A charge sheet read in Court on Monday started that 36 year old Risley Levers Kavu killed his 24 year old wife, Natalie Kensall.
Her body, which had been burnt beyond recognition, was found dumped at Utange area within Kisauni on Friday.
Michael Oloo, a lawyer representing the family of the deceased said they are determined to ensure justice for the deceased lady.
Sources close to the family said that the two were having issues with their relationship before things took a turn for the worst.
The family had to conduct DNA tests to establish her identity.
