NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 31 – US president Barack Obama’s half-brother who lives in Huruma was briefly arrested then released for being in possession of two rolls of bhang (cannabis), according to police sources.
A senior officer at the Kasarani Police Station said on Saturday that George Hussein was arrested late on Friday with the bhang. He was released on Saturday evening with no charges preferred against him.
The officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said; "he was picked up in He added that they were due to appear in court on Monday, but it is now unclear whether they will be arraigned in court.
