Ruhila Adatia-Sood\u2019s beautiful life was ended suddenly through a tragic attack at the Westgate Mall on Saturday 21st of September 2013.<\/p>\n

The Popular and ever vibrant TV and radio personality was at least 6 months expectant with their first child at the time of her death. She had been hosting a cooking competition for children at the rooftop of the now infamous Westgate Mall.<\/p>\n

She was the beloved wife of Ketan Sood<\/strong> and cherished daughter to Shamsheral<\/strong>i and Gulshan Juma Shivji Adatia<\/strong>, younger sister to Shahin Adatia<\/strong>, Pinky Adatia-Arnaud<\/strong> and Farah Adatia-Gomes, Lennox<\/strong> and Patrick<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Her funeral will be held today-Thursday, 26th September 2013- at The Aga Khan Pavilion and Complex at 9am. The cortege will leave for the Shia Imami Ismaili Cemetery at 10am. The Havan Ceremony will be held at the Sood residence 16i Bendera Lane on Saturday September 28.<\/p>\n

Ruhila was a great person to live with. She brought joy and happiness to
\neveryone who met her and everyone who had a chance to hear her on air.<\/p>\n

Her sister shared this on her Facebook page… “Ruhila was about to have a baby daughter and to know the joy of motherhood. We all know she would have been a very loving Mother to her daughter Shivani and both of them would have brought Ketan all the Love and Happiness that a loving and caring husband and Father deserves.To all of you who will not be able to attend her farewell but would have loved to be with us, we will be happy if you could light 2 candles on Thursday the 25th to remember her and her baby.”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Ruhila worked as a presenter on Radio Africa media group\u2019s East FM, hosted entertainment news on Kiss TV, Kiss 100\u00a0 X-FM and E-News. She will be missed by many.<\/p>\n
