Actually, it takes less time than you think to transform any place. Take a look at Uyo in Nigeria before 2007 and after. All it takes is a good vision without which all are damned. Machakos got a visionary as a leader. The rest we are yet to know.

Kabogo insulted who, Bana? He made no gender distinction in his comments – that a prospecting political leader from either gender would need to manifest basic family values, the most immediate being a spouse. Nothing to do with gender. This is an qualification for political office the world over. You harp about a cause that has no foundation, simply regurgitating bar-room chittering.

Real shame that the governors of Kiambu and Nairobi, are busy hating on women, yet we have seen no tangible nor credible vision for these great counties. Maybe merge Kiambu, Nairobi and Machakos and have Mutua as the Governor , we would go very far with him at the helm, very far indeed.

What did I tell you! [ say it the way Samuel L. Jackson says it ]. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Incredibly good job Governor Mutua, all the praise to you, you deserve it. This is what Matiba called [ kuweta na kwika ]. Boy oh boy, Mutua is ALL ACTION. Just look @ what he’s been able to achieve within such short time. What can I say, Machakos residents, you just don’t know how LUCKY you are!!!!!!

AS I CONGRATULATE GOVERNOR MUTUA, I WISH TO REMIND MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS THAT MUTUA WAS THE GOVERMENT SPOKESMAN BUT HIS LITTLE TIME IN OFFICE LEFT HIM CHANGED THE FACE OF UHURU HIGHWAY AND PLANTING OF MANY TREES, IF TRULY NAIROBIANS TAKE BACK MUTUA AS GOVERNOR, WE WILL HAVE NO MORE FLYING TOILETS IN KIBERA AND NAIROBI AS A WHOLE. POLITICS IS A DIRTY GAME BECAUSE EVEN THE LIKES OF GAKUO FORMER TOWN CLERK WHO HARD REPAIRED ALL SEWER DRAINAGE IN NAIROBI WENT DOWN THE DRAIN. REMEMBER WHEN YOU DROPED A MARCH STICK IN THE CITY CENTER HOW YOU WERE ARRESTED AND CHRGED? MANY KENYANS STOPPED SMOKING THEN BUT TODAY SMOKING IS ALL OVER AGAIN EVEN STARTING WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO ARREST, HAWKING IS BACK IN THE STREETS DUMPING IS A THING OF KAWAIDA, ITS JUST FILTHY

I agree. This Nigga Kidero is doing ZERO. Nairobi is filthy, trash all over, raw sewer (eww), dirty streets, cracked pavements, filthy corner restaurants, chokoras are back, hawkers, and the list goes on. Talk about a “Filthy City in the Sun”
