Le me get this right, you buy 1760 acres of land for Ksh.2.2B in 1994. 20 years later, You are only able to get 2.3B of which 0.7B is still outstanding. Please investors out there, isnt this a classic case of swindling nssf? a 14% return on investment over a period of 20 years when private landholding companies are realizing over 50% returns in less than 1 year??? God help us!
