Good point. I would like to write your memoirs, Mr. President…

On a serious note we need to start making good quality films that record our histories in visuals. Future generations may never read books but can watch films. The gava should set aside some cash for any aspiring filmmaker who comes up with serious production work.

The president is right we need to document more of our history and culture. But on the other hand we are spending too much resources and time in celebrating Kenya at 50 and we have over 30 million Kenyans living below the poverty line. Thousands of unemployed youths, and insecurity issues why don’t we use the money for celebrations to help our people who are actually celebrating nothing. What is it that is worth this kind of celebration, poverty, unemployment and insecurity?

Jubilee celebrations come once per half a century…unemployment occurs all the time….let celebrations rock the city under the sun!!! Wakenya mjienjoy sawa sawa!!! Next time we celebrate past fifty years (100) will be 2063!!!!!
