    This is very good. But would an ordinary suspect be treated this way, or conviction avoided to afford attendance of state matters? Perhaps, DP should be acquited altogether and be saved from a circus trial!!!!

    The ICC judges have a heart after all. If they gave Bensouda an entire week to allow a witness to travel from a European city to the Hague, why should a national crisis not be grounds enough for an adjournment?

    The OTP should look at this break as an advantage to them since they can intensify the coaching and lubricate more witnesses.

    What happens if Ruto is convicted and sentenced to jail. Will he be allowed to leave jail for a week whenever something happens in Kenya. This nightmare will go on for a long time. We are in trouble as a country.
