The cases are poorly investigated; the prosecutor is armed with flimsy evidence. To convict one for capital offenses one must have thorough, factual evidence. With poor presentations and disjointed arguments which are like to occur as the trial takes off. Most likely the cases will be thrown out on lack of evidence, just like we saw in Henry Kosgei and Muthaura cases. To help the nation move forward, Uhuru and Ruto should get the criminals who murdered, raped, maimed, pillaged, looted and torched the country ablaze.
