    If it was William Ruto or Sang who was late even for a day, warrant of arrest would have been issued immediately and termed as not coopareting with the ICC.

      Yes – at least he will have to go back next week as required. In his case with one IDP, Adrian Muteshi, he completely refused to appear in the Eldoret court until judgement – this is ICC – Taming Impunity

    This case would be comical if it wasn’t a process with grave consequences. Are the witnesses flying to sailing to the Hague? Why do they need a whole week’s adjournment to fly in a single individual?

    i now see why Kenya government wanted this case referred to Kenyan court system! Mutanga wouldnt have accepted this. we been waiting for justice n truth too many years and an extra hour or minute leave even days will be an insult to kenyans and the victims,
