When we tell the world that have secret weapons against ICC and then almost immediately witnesses withdraw, it would be difficult to fight witness tappering charges.

Do you mean ‘tampering’? Your faith in Bensouda despite her regular rebukes by the ICC Judges is simply amazing. Reminds me of the blind faith some fanatics had of their political god. They thought he was infallible.

I’ve always maintained that these cases are nothing but nonsense on stilts (elevated balderdash). The question that boggles the minds of many is why the prosecutor is determined to throw her credibility and that of the ICC down the drain.

I certainly dont think the cases are that simple. Splashes like two more “key” witnesses withdraw from Ruto case have no bearing on reality of these cases. Furthermore, how are they key? How many witnesses are involved in the first place? We need to wait and see where evidence would take us. Otherwise, somebody somewhere is giving false hope!!!!

Wondered why you had little to say when Muthaura’s case was dropped by the prosecutor. Wasn’t it that simple? How ”key” was the evidence and witnesses lined up against Muthaura? How many witnesses were involved in his prosecution? Where did the evidence against Muthaura take us? Who is the bearer of false hope now?
