Nick Jonas is officially the husband of the year, well at least for now. On Tuesday, Nick surprised his wife, Priyanka with a brand-new Mercedes Maybach. Priyanka took to her Instagram to share the pictures of her celebration and wrote, “When the hubby goes number one.. the wifey gets a @maybach !! Introducing.. Extra Chopra Jonas.. haha .. I love you baby!! Yaaay! Best husband ever.. @nickjonas.”

The vehicle was apparently a celebratory gesture after her husband’s song -performed with his siblings as the Jonas Brothers- reached the pinnacle of the Billboard chart. Priyanka Chopra Jonas had been away in India completing the shoot of her upcoming Bollywood film The Sky Is Pink, when the song went to Number one on the charts and upon flying back to her husband, got this huge surprise.

According to E news, a 2019 Mercedes Maybach S650 costs about $199,000. A S560 model goes for $170,750. It would clearly surpass $200,000 if the 26-year-old customized it in any way.

This is not the first time he has surprised his wife with a gift that makes us go gaga. According to a report in TMZ, Nick purchased for his wife a swanky $6.5 million pad in Beverly Hills Post Office, Los Angeles with the sought-after pin code—90210. The mansion has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an ungated pool that overlooks the hills and a total area of 4,129 square feet.

We are not sure if diamonds are a girl’s best friend any more. These two could be in the running for couple of the year. Let’s wait and see if Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez can beat this, once they get married.
