The mere fact that the suspicion exists, indicates that a conflict of interest exists and Ahmednassir must not sit in judgement of Madam Shollei

Exactly!!! It matters not if there are two members from same community….vested interests exist and Shollei is no pushover….they must disqualify themselves. Now!

In Madam Kethi’s case two jubilee leaning judges were appointed. Did any one object? Playing with Kenyans might prove pretty fatal!!!!

You love issuing threats and painting gloomy pictures…how do you live in your own home? Must be a sad place!

She was only playing smart evil politics to try to go round serious accusations. There is no law that says some members should not be part of JSC on matters of discipline. A town hall sort of thing cant prejudice her case. All the same, her political affliation is already proving poisonous!!

Shollei is playing dangerous politics. Infact, picking two members from one community for blame is quite loaded. We also noticed she ran to her kins in parliament when her corruption aborted! Her conduct is far below her post. May be another Baraza?

LSK must get a replacement for Ahmednassir once his tenure lapses at the JSC. He has been mention too often and this is not good for Justice system.

Fully agree with Kwessi, Shollei is simply blowing issues out of proportion for fear of being found guilty. 15 days to pave way for investigation doesn’t mean she’s guilty, why the panic? I never saw the connection between the investigation with the building in Mombasa. Mere cover-up.

She was overpricing the building only to be told by Ahmednasir “NO!” Out of that she tells us their relationship broke down after her corruption avenue was broken. Get it?

I don’t understand why Shollei was fast in calling for the intervention of Parliament and not the EACC. The tribal direction the whole issue has taken was deliberate and intended to block the truth from being established. Ahmednasir is a single member from several who took part in the decision making meeting. Why single him out yet 5 voted for her suspension?

      Mr Ahmednasir Abdullahi….Is Jubilees judicial
“go-to-man” and their judicial opinion propagandist – somehow LSK is
not “comfortable” with this, and have for a while been seeking his
removal from the JSC – Wonder what gave in that regards!!!?
