This is nonsense. The fact that Jr’s name is not in IEBC’s ballot papers suggest the body is trying to create space for tna to achieve its designs. I wont be surprised if re-prints are ordered or even the by-election postponed! That would afford tna time to prosecute their malicious case. Needless to say, IEBC is involved in unsincere mischievious motions that are meant to fool Kenyans. IEBC lost its independence long long long long time ago and thats why results for elections of five months ago are not yet authenticated! I guess, with those famous tripple numbers and unparaled skewed results that showed one candidate, who commanded only two provinces, leading from start to finish, only lies can save the electoral body. Thats why last night commissioners picked up Oswango to hold fort them. The idea was that “O” would be telling the truth since the aggrieved candidate was also a “O!” Of course that was unacceptable tribal spin by this commission!!!!

Because if you want to lie to the world all you do is present data and refuse to take an oath WHILE you have visited the same Committee previously and made depositions WITHOUT oaths. What oath was taken on March 9th when Hassan himself released the presidential results and declared the winner? Any?.

Ohhhh! Kalonzo Musyoka: They are DOCTORING the results’ March 7th press conference. Forgotten? Not hard for conspirationists like you to ‘birth’ suspicion at the ‘right’ time for it because for you it is the end that MUST be achieved at every turn, whim, look, sigh and even eyebrow movements of everyone NOT working your math because of reasons given and that, in your thinking HAS COME to pass. I have no words……….

Good to remind us! Former VP was pretty right, we should have taken to the streets! But you know there was this misplaced hope in CJ. None of these guys thought mungiki letters and airport incidents were a make believe, if not a well laid trap! What happened about the investigations? Can you tell us? Truth is normally burried and heavily mocked in this country!!!!

          4. Avatar Gabby July 24th, 2013 at 3:55 pm

Against whom would you have taken to the streets – against IEBC/ SC constituted by and still under the coalition government of both the VP and Prime Minster then??? Against a TNA NOT in government yet? Or a URP that you never mention? Or is this an anti-Kikuyu thing Kwessi? What circuitous mental torture you put yourself into!

      2. Avatar Kwessi Pratt July 24th, 2013 at 11:54 am

Million votes were made to disappear! Thats why guys refused to take oath. It was only after they realized the enormity of their action that they pledged to take it in reverse. That they were being forced to lie! And differences in those fake results would have changed the outcome anyway! To pretend more people voted for presidency than other posts is to blatantly lie. Thats because every voter was given 6 ballots and casted them accordingly!

Why don’t you present that crucial information with tangibles to CID headquarters or an independent body like KHRC and many others and we can all see the veracity of your claims otherwise you are blowing hot air! Anyone can make that claim Kwessi, BUT the pudding is in the eating….

Just tell us why these guys refused to take an oath if things are as simple as you want to believe? What would CID and KHRC do? And anyhow, some of these bodies are bastions of tna! I know you are just fighting for your own regardless of truth. Am sure if your boys were not in charge, you would be singing another tune

          2. Avatar Gabby July 24th, 2013 at 3:46 pm

…….Am sure if ‘your’ boys….. my boys – I laughed at that one…. Your thinking that taking an oath leads the oath-taker to tell NOTHING but the TRUTH is in simple words – naiveté! Tell me more about oath-taking and especially Kethi’s truthfulness after taking AN OATH to UPHOLD the truth and I can go see a psychiatrist! Your other THOUGHT that liability CAN only be construed if oath-taking has taken place so IEBC chairman should have taken an oath to be liable for the truthfulness of the recently submitted results is another whopper! Fact is, Isaack Hassan and for that matter ALL IEBC is STILL liable for the truthfulness of the result – oath or no oath owing to the fact that they took an oath on assumption of office. That does not go away………… I now wave you bye bye and wish you well in your CORD-DO-NO-BAD/ CORD-DO-NO-CONSPIRACIES mindset and as you develop your next conspiracy theory. Wish you success!

Of course, you are coming out as very dishonest character indeed. Doubting administration of an oath is off the mark. But certainly conmen wont give a hoot if they lied on oath! Kethi’s case is not as simple as you think. Those who know that her father was an ICC witness are hellbent on taking her through the mud. There are two reasons for that. They will attempt to kill two birds with one stone. Having failed to stop Mutula Jr from becoming a senator, he would either be armtwisted to surrender his father’s dossier in exchange of her freedom. Or the tna-leading guys who are investigating her will manifacture evidence to nail her down. You noticed only the day, IEBC claimed to have given “all documents” to Ndegwa Muhoro while he said he was only blessed with “three” of them! No wonder as far as you are concerned, an oath is nothing! You surely dont expect someone to have gone to IEBC’s most sensitive and secure offices to steal a registration documents! And dont you know the matter of stolen documents only came up during dispute resolution committee’s hearings? And IEBC chairman promptly denied knowledge of such theft! Losing election documents is a very serious matter. Had the documents been stolen for sure, announcement of such a theft would have been made. It wont have been left to only malicious jubilee hordes! Furthermore, where was the theft reported before that? Thats actually details Madam Kethi wants to be supplied with. And if the main guy is not in the know, only jubilee leaning operatives have such knowledge, who is in charge of the commission anyway? Tna is IEBC indeed! By the way, the idea of repeatedly accusing Keth of theft is rooted in escapist tactics. We know who the theif is, but that spoils our show! Thieves have a habit of claiming others are the thieves! Even they join in killing such innocent victims to save themselves. Most Kenyans know us and you cant change their fixation with our ways! But I can see Kenyan Madam Rosa Parks in the making!!!!

Some of these institutions you are referring to are also bastions of tna! Know that? And what would they do against their bosses anyway?

      3. Avatar Kwessi Pratt July 24th, 2013 at 12:01 pm

I cannot answer to your fictitious claims that you have been making but me tell you this: Oswago, as Hassans’ assistant was NOT saying anything a fasting Hassan would NOT have said because there is order and ability to delegate. Now for the ‘tired looking’ – and so ‘lying’ Hassan claim of yours; just don’t eat food and work hard to have a 12 million, 6-part 47 counties voters’ tally out and let’s see how fresh you will be looking in the middle of the day……

Oswago is NOT Hassan’s assistant! He is the CEO of IEBC! Hassan’s assistant is Dr. Yusuf Nzibo. Oswago was merely used for “make believe” purposes, if not unacceptable tribal spin!!!

          2. Avatar Gabby July 25th, 2013 at 11:50 am

Wrong! So much for your IEBC line-up swagger! Lilian Bokeeye Mahiri-Zaja, IS Vice-Chairperson, and Amb. Yusuf A. Nzibo, IS
Commissioner and O.J.H Oswago, is Commission Secretary. Your Oswago beibgd used ‘O’ cockamamie conspracy theory while Mahiri-Zaja also spoke on that day is sickening……
