Get stronger in 4 weeks with Michelle Obama’s personal trainer

Cornell McClellan, Michelle Obama’s personal trainer, is launching a four-week exercise series—The Immortal Body Workout.

McClellan is a Certified Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer. He has been a personal trainer to the Obama family for over two decades, earning his credit as the creator of Michelle Obama’s arms.

McClellan will be holding classes in the D.C./Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area, you can join the classes in-person at Fitness Snob Studio or participate in the live stream and on-demand. McClellan wants to make it easy for anyone to work out with him—anytime, anywhere and on any screen.

McClellan recognizes that “fitness is the fountain of youth.” When combined with nutrition, he believes that being physically fit can help people stay mentally healthy and provide the stamina needed to fully enjoy every minute of their lifetime.

Although beginners will most likely not get Former First Lady Michelle Obama’s arms or Former President Obama’s abs in four weeks, they will be given the tools to get there and to reach other fitness goals.

The supreme court ruled that it was OK to have special registers and the jubilee alliance told us that this was justice….please accept and move on!

which special register the one she claims to be in was specifically meant and used by President Kibaki, if she isn’t registered let the law apply to all in an equal manner

IEBC managed the registers…..the ones which were made public and the ‘special ones’…… let IEBC tell us

I wonder whether I.E.B.C can fairy arbitrate this dispute when they are the accused. They are custodians of the registers and issued the receipt.Their officer also cleared the candidate.this should be taken elsewhere for the sake of fairness.Where does one take a dispute against them?

“The CAW No. 1381 was for Karen Ward as a whole. Registration information was not provided at a ward level, but rather with reference to the specific registration centre within that ward,” argued the lawyers……………………while registering as a voter ,unaware of the back end
arrangements by the IEBC how would i know if the process am going through and the documents being issued are valid?;and if this happened countrywide how many voters were disenfranchised?

If it is proved that she lied then she and those who helped her both at the IEBC and CORD should be sent to Langata and Kamiti, respectively.
