Remind yourself why you’re a catch

The easiest way to be a confident dater is to remind yourself why you’re a catch. You have to love and respect yourself before someone else is able to.

When you know you’re absolutely amazing, you exude an air of fabulousness. If you’re aware that you’re a gem, men will want to date you. When you think and speak highly of yourself, it’s alluring. Men are drawn to women who are pleasant and exciting to be around. When you’re exceptional, it’s almost impossible not to fall for you.

Now is the time to be a little introspective …

There are millions more single women than men in the world. So, let’s start thinking…

*What makes you unique?
*What do you bring to a relationship?
*What do your friends and family love about you?

*Are you sweet?

*Are you warm?

*Are you intellectually stimulating?

Do you mentally challenge men?

Are you happy?

Are you enjoyable to be around?

What makes you a great partner?

‘I Love Me’ list

Write down all of these things so you don’t forget them. A fun and easy way to do this is to make a list of these qualities. Call it your ‘I Love Me’ list. Put effort into it to make it beautiful. Laminate it. Hang it up somewhere where you can see it and look at it every day. When you surround yourself with positivity, it helps brighten your mood.

Are you proud of yourself? I hope so! You don’t have to be a marathon finisher or have an MBA to be impressive. Be pleased with yourself for just being you. Keep tabs on your accomplishments. Have you read an interesting book recently? Have you helped someone in need? Have you been a nice person recently? Are you a good daughter? Most importantly, are you fascinating? When someone meets you, they should want to spend more time with you.

You should be so captivating so that every man is eager to go on a first date with you!
