What are the benefits of the cucumber, grape and raspberry water?

Cucumber is hydrating and flushes out toxins while raspberries are rich in antioxidants and have several anti-inflammatory properties. The grapes contain cancer-fighting and cleansing compounds. These items infuse in the water, imparting their goodness and flavours to it, for a refreshing treat.

What you’ll need to make your detox water

  • A one-litre jug
  • Water
  • 10 raspberries
  • 10 grapes
  • Half an English cucumber

Making your cucumber, grape and raspberry detox water

Fill the jug of water halfway. Slice the grapes and raspberries into bite-sized pieces. Grate the cucumber.

Add the fruit and cucumber to the water, then top up the jug until full. Put in the fridge to cool for at least an hour.
