#Gadgets: Echo Music brings sound to sunglasses

Are you a fashion-conscious busybody that loves their music? Well thanks to a new gadget, you can look fashionable and listen to your tunes without separate earphones.

Using bone conduction technology, these specs allow users to listen to their favourite tunes on command, without messy wires or separate earphones by transmitting sound waves to the skull via vibrations. The MusicLens range boasts a premium sound-leak reduction system to stop the outside world from hearing the music. When connected to the iOS and Android apps, users can call hands-free with the touch of a button and stream music or radio from around the globe straight from the echo Music app, which already has over 30 million users.

At only 45g, MusicLens promises to be the perfect accessory for travelling, exercising, shopping, driving and generally, daily wear.  According to the manufacturers, battery life of these high-tech wearables will last for 12 hours, and users can change the level of darkness of the specs depending on the varying light levels.

The MusicLens range is expected to retail from $88 – $199.
