Four actors are not enough to reasonably convince anyone of the existence of a militia. Surely there would have been many more people in the background. The CNN clip was truly stage managed.
sounds like Nima Elbagir is borrowing a leaf from her militia prone country of South Sudan. Probably it is possible to cook stories in South Sudan but Kenya has a very vibrant and independent media.
Get serious guys. let the award winning international journalist do her job. local journalists are covering up/or fearing to cover certain realities.
The guys she reported do exist. Instead of playing the blame game, lets catch the criminals and tame them. If the local media want to report only the pleasant part of the story, than they have their priorities in muddy water.
Local media want to be the only source of information in Kenya. Can you explain what happened in Mombasa yesterday night?
We want peace in Kenya and everyone who uncovers bad guys who want to cause chaos in the country is welcome. Vote wisely!!
REALLLYYYYYYYYYY REALLYYYYYY what reality that five clowns are making home made guns in the age of Aks 47s and small arms infiltration, the African thinker forgot to put on their thinking cap. that was worse than the pioneer low budget movies done by nollywood. If she thought she was going to get an award and worldwide recognition she did for being the dumbest and most phony reporter ever
Its obvious the entire thing was stage managed. Those clowns rolling all over the place and wrestling like they just popped out of a scene on WWF…really……CNN..get serious!!
The journalist should have done her homework on the current dynamics of the political alliances before she filed her report. Any right thinking person knows the the 2 opposing factions of 2007 are now under one banner….. CNN…..please save us from mediocre reporting and live up to your name.
Third rate reporting/reporter from a third rate network. As someone mentioned on the radio a few days ago….CNN should be placed next to Cartoon Network. CNN is a disgrace

I’ve looked and there doesn’t seem to be an ‘Article 90’ of any Vienna convention – is this a typo?
Wacha kunifurahisha
Check your eyesight; it clearly states ‘Article 19’.
