Whether its moved to next month or next year is a non issue..The bottom line is they will spend considerable time trying to defend their case….and that leaves little time for leadership…stop trying to sugar coat a serious issue

Well, here’s something I hope might help. Try eating less. On the issue of independence, can I suggest some things that will make next Monday be a day of jubilation? I mean you might make a choice but some choices can leave you suspended by a combination of loose cords…….

The case was flowed from the beginning it
is embarrassing to see that the ICC is trying hard to save face. The PEOPLE
WITH THE HIGHEST RESPONSIBILITY are free and the WORLD knows it. The CASE is EMBARRASSINGLY
FLAWED!!! They are looking for an exit strategy in order to maintain their “integrity”
as an International Post-Colonial Court. Why doesn’t the US or Britain submit
to the this political court? Why only the former colonies in Africa, South
America and the rest are being? AFRICA GROW UP AND DEAL WITH YOUR OWN ISSUES. The
case does hold AIR let alone water, only imaginations.

The picture that cannot escape my eyes/mind is that of this prosecutor posing for a picture at harambee house sandwiched between the president and pm akin to those we took in form one with “a girl from our village who had gone to the neighboring school”. To me that was mocking God and humanity. For how would she pose with the two persons who caused the deaths/displacements with smiles and hugs without shame? How do these two people stand there without dying of guilt as humans? The pain of listening to the one person who participated in the event that led to the deaths/displacement last night even trade blame about IDPS and shamelessly even blame Uhuru- a victim of not settling them can only make sense in a society of the lowest species in evolution chart. @ rungu i feel your pain.I said the case presents a “LOGICAL/LOGIC” problem. It makes no sense and this coming from a victim of the violence and one who has the history of the violence as i do.

Bensouda, Tuner, and those countries trying to intimidate Kenya owe the all Kenyans and they whole world an apology, You know very well that there is no justice in ICC and you are prosecuting the wrong people. Kenyans are watching you very carefully and the whole world to see who you execute your justice
