Food that Helps You Sleep: Recipe for a Starter

Together with Dr Rachel Edwards-Stuart and ‘Eat Well, Sleep Well’ ambassador for Simba, Lily Soutter, the creators of the world’s best mattresses have developed the Dream Food Recipe series; a three-course menu that’s scientifically proven to help you drift off to sleep.

Here’s the Recipe for a Starter.

Mackerel, Kiwi Fruit, Spinach and Black Olives

Ingredients – serves 2

• 1 Pack smoked mackerel fillets

• 1 Bag baby spinach leaves

• 1 Kiwi

• 50g Pitted black kalamata olives

• Extra virgin olive oil

• A wedge of lemon

• Sea salt

Method

1. Preheat the oven to a low heat (80°C)

2. Roughly chop the olives, and place in the oven on a tray for 30 minutes to slightly dry them and intensify their flavour.

3. Place the mackerel on a small baking tray, skin-side-up and warm in the oven for 10 minutes

4. Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices. Dress the spinach leaves with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and a little salt. Remove mackerel from the oven.

5. Arrange the kiwi, black olives and spinach salad on a plate and place the smoked mackerel fillet on top.

Very successful debate always for Kenyatta because most of the questions are centered on him and the good thing is that his answers are at the finger tips. CONGRATES OUR PRESIDENT IN WAITING.

Nothing was centered on him, you just have a victim mentality.

About 70-80% of land is communal not titled 10%Gvt,6% private 4% other. sort the 80% shida itaisha all the old guys – The paramount chiefs,VPs,Prezzo wilihamisha watu to create space where they lived if you sort this you will manage the bigger monster.Owning they own what they do with it is the solution/problem. The Land issue for the people who are focused is not the main thing other than politicking …main issue how do we put food on the table for the 42m people and remain with some to even donate/sale to create wealth. Jubilee have articulated as land will be adjudicated. By the way 2013 is Jubilee year watch the space..spiritually

Congrats Mr. President; We see you know how to answer and tackle issues in debates, especially when your competitors try to pin on you questions that are so emotive.

Your chances are high of being voted as President. Congratulations

If You have this vast land and your house is in the middle well fenced and
with dogs….do you really have neighbors?…if so do you really care to
send all your brother neighbors to be squatters by buying off their
land and pledge to lead them effectively?….in Kiambu there is a land problem even if you have money you cant find a place to buy!!….because all is kenyatta land ….I bet you will want to hide state house and parliament far away to be reached by your subjects.
