    The ladies have a right to be heard. However for ELECTIVE positions, you cannot be granted any favours; you stick your neck out and fight it out with everyone else. Leadership isn’t just about distributing positions. Demonstrate that you have the mettle and you will surely lead. The Atsango Chesonis, Yvonne Khamatis of this world started by being out there showing what they have to offer, not by asking for ring-fenced positions.

    Lets get out as you’ve done,we have the numbers and vote…..if we are the majority,can mobilise and voting is secret why can’t we have the women in even if the playing ground is not even we can use the chama’s and the merry go rounds to suceeed..
