This brass choker was released by Kipato Unbranded on 1 May 2016, when the brand unveiled their third collection — The Kuona Collection. The lookbook for this collection was photographed at The Kuona Trust Centre for Visual Arts in Kenya on Denis Pritt Road.

This collection was handmade by Kennedy ‘Ojiko’ Odundo and Elijah Omadau, the two artisans Kipato Unbranded works with. This particular piece was handmade in Dagoretti Market by Elijah.

The ‘Double Ring Choker’ is available online from the Kipato Unbranded website for KES 2,500 and a selection of the brand’s designs is available from the Urban African Lifestyle Company pop-up store at The Hub in Karen.
