Republic Of Kenya, also known as Kenya State is not on trial at the ICC- Hague so why is the Country’s Attorney General Githu Muigai wasting resources in trying to free Kenyan’s whose activities allegedly, were of criminal in nature? Who is probably doing his other jobs if he is so possessed and obsessed with the ICC cases? Please, Mr. or Proff. Muigai, listen to the Kenyans and hear their opinion about the Kenyan case at the ICC. Let the proceedings continue to finality so that those who were killed, maimed, raped and displaced could have a closure.

1st They were ministers and civil servants when charges were imposed against them, meaning they were kenyan representative by oath and capacity hence government’s duty to defend them.2rd the government has to defend its citizen regardless, wheather you are kidnapped in somalia, stranded in mali or libya, abused in dubai or kamiti(hardcore criminals), it has to do it best for your safety.3rd these are just but a few kenyans getting help from the government but soo public coz they are popular. In court, state offer free attorneys if you cant afford one so as this. Crime against humanity was done and justice need to be done for suspects and victims.

This is a waste of public resources! There are other things that need to be done than wasting time trying to stop ICC cases…

Rubbish!! Kenya is too corrupt and therefore has no qualified prosecutors. We know why you want this so bad. Please let the ICC help the victims this time. No Kenyan qualified to be part of ICC. You need to clean house first!!!
