For one last time-can the government disband this TJRC nonsense and save Kenyans the much needed money now being wasted by the most stupid people we have around! It is amazing that a body charged with the solemn duty of seeking TRUTH-JUSTICE is itself the epitome of injustice and a lynch mob. That they are not ready to obey the law as pronounced by the judge is impunity of the highest order. To imagine that people selected using the same process can gang up against one person using baseless allegations is shameful and unpatriotic to say the least.Namachanja is now an interested party-she is benefiting from Kiplagat’s woes and should be the last person to incite the rest. She should resign if she cannot work with the chairman. It is amazing and as the hon. judge observed that TJRC commissioners can now pretend to “ACT IN PUBLIC INTEREST” while in fact they act on their “STOMACHS INTEREST”. This mob justice must be stopped and the courts must stand firm and protect the innocent from abuse in the name of the NEW CONSTITUTION. I hope these morons have paid as ORDERED BY THE COURT-otherwise their holy than thou BS is all but playing with the Kenyans who will believe anything. How can commissioners “REQUIRE KIPLAGAT TO STAY AWAY UNTIL CLEARED”? cleared by whom? His mother? what case does he now have in court? Is it not amazing that in a country with so many educated-patriotic Kenyans only the MOST STUPID found their way in this TJRC? How else do you believe what they are doing? How do you force the court- CJ to investigate Kiplagat without someone filing a case-complaint? ONLY IN KENYA! IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE THIS COMMISSION SHOULD BE DISBANDED ASAP TO SAVE KENYANS FROM THE SHAME-I HOPE JUSTICE MINISTER-THE PRESIDENT WILL DO THE RIGHT THING.

I echo the same sentiments with you Francis. The courts have ruled in favor of Kiplagat, this commisioners should accept the verdict and move on.if the commissioners feel they cannot work with the chairman they should resign because i believe there are other many competent men and women who would be willing to serve. The nation cannot be held ransom by this commissioners as they waste kenyans time and tax payers money.

Kiplagat is a distraction at TJRC.  They managed to get some work done when he was away.  Can he simply get over this and go into peaceful retirement?

The whole band does not at all reflect the letter and spirit of TJRC which they believe they represent; the only justice to them is to be disbanded. What a wastage they have been to Kenyans’ time and money!
