    MPs should refuse to pass the amendments.  Let the provincial administration report to governors.  Where was the front bench when the law was passed?  Napping as usual.  We need more accountability and this is one way.  They still want chiefs to sabotage the county governments by reporting to Big Brother at OP.     Well done Kibaki.  Giving 47 counties the power MPs gave them in the bill will desintegrate the country and cause all mannier of problems and one can only wonder what kind of leaders the MPs are.Let provinces also be increased and the old ones done away with to facilitate proper administration in Kenya.  Each province should have more or less the same number of counties.  What is all this nonsense from MPs?  Those who will run counties are not angels who will fall from heaven but Kenyans who can also be rotten and do not make proviincial administration scapegoats – many MPs are rotten themselves
