In this weeks episode, Miss Mandi makes lyonnaise potatoes – a delicious French dish which consists of sliced pan-fried potatoes sauteed with onions and parsley.
As usual, she chose to give it her own twist by sauteing the potatoes with onions, red pepper, garlic, cilantro (dania), black pepper and salt.
As you’ll see in the video, the key to making amazing lyonnaise potatoes is all about heat control and the right amount of seasoning. And in case you were wondering, they go particularly well with wet beef fry!
