The Chop Up: How to make delicious Lyonnaise Potatoes

The Chop Up 15

In this weeks episode, Miss Mandi makes lyonnaise potatoes – a delicious French dish which consists of sliced pan-fried potatoes sauteed with onions and parsley.
As usual, she chose to give it her own twist by sauteing the potatoes with onions, red pepper, garlic, cilantro (dania), black pepper and salt.
As you’ll see in the video, the key to making amazing lyonnaise potatoes is all about heat control and the right amount of seasoning. And in case you were wondering, they go particularly well with wet beef fry!
Watch how to make the delicious dish here:

The president is sincere but the people charged with responsibility of implementing most issues normally do their own things. I only wish the president can know what is happening with the vision 2030. There could be very good strategy in realizing this vision but areas concerning industrialization there are a lot of thing which are not being done correctly. I wish he could know that some people are going to china to procure some things, use some local Asians firms to make covers for this items and  produce them that they are made in kenya.Visit Kenya INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE and see how the President is duped by the people at operation level.
