In this week’s episode of The Chop Up Miss Mandi makes wet beef fry, a popular Kenyan dish.
If you frequent a lot of local restaurants, then you’re probably familiar with the the ‘wet’ or ‘dry’ beef options often listed in the menu.
While wet fries are usually made with a light or thick stew, dry fry is sauteed in onions, garlic, green pepper and cilantro.
To add a nice kick to the meal, Miss Mandi included one special ingredient that isn’t often used: soy sauce.
