Prof. Githu M, has become proud, confused, incompitent and arrogant. He thinks, behaves and acts as if he is a personal lawyer to the president. I mean he should know he is the AG of the republic of Kenya and therefore for him to claim that he is answerable to his hiring boss “….” and not anybody is tantamout to lapsis jurisprudence. Was he appointed to serve a political end or the common good of the nation? He must serve the government and we are the government not Kibaki or Raila alone. I think he just got it wrong from the start. Maybe he still doesn’t comprehend his duties.

Tell the professor that any bona fide Kenyan citizen, public institution, private institution and all friends of Kenya have rights to point fingers at people and offices that are hellbent on derailing implementation of the new constitution. A public servant that thinks nobody has a right to pin point dangers should not be holding a public office.
