What could be better than waking up and warming up with this quick morning Pilates workout?
In the following video, Jamie, from AzulFit, moves through a simple morning Pilates workout. It’s only 10 minutes long but, if you’re trying to get 30 minutes of exercise a day, you’ll be one third of the way after this routine (and all before you’re even out of your PJs!). Now that’s a win!
