In this episode of The Chop Up, Miss Mandi shows you how to saute cherry tomatoes.

Cherry tomatoes, are a small fruited tomato that you can enjoy raw in salads, slow roast, bake, add to your stew or saute.
In order to saute the cherry tomatoes all you will need is diced fresh garlic, 1 & 1/2 tsp of cooking oil, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper which is optional. Sauteed cherry tomatoes are a great addition for any meal you are having.

        Aki please don’t embarrass yourself…Mass action is a HUMAN RIGHT, in every democratic country, Kenya is no exception. Or you don’t watch t.v? No pun…
        Mass action does not mean violence. Actually, meeting mass protests with violence, like what happened in Kenya, Libya, Egypt etc is the crime-not the mass action.
