In this weeks episode of The Chop Up Miss Mandi makes spinach in coconut sauce.
There are several ways to make spinach however this week Miss Mandi shared how to make spinach in her signature throwdown sauce which included coconut milk to elevate the taste.
Miss Mandi started off by making her throwdown sauce which she likes tweak for several dishes, then proceeded to add coconut milk and let the two sauces simmer together for a while.
You can serve the spinach in coconut sauce with ugali, rice, matoke or whatever you like to compliment your spinach.
