Kim Kardashian West may need to have her uterus removed if she gets pregnant again.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who has 21-month-old daughter North West with husband Kanye West, says “there is nothing on earth” she wants more than to have another baby, but doctors have warned her she could face serious health issues.

In a clip from an upcoming episode of the series, which will air on E! on Sunday, the 34-year-old star reveals: “I’m trying to get a hold of Kanye ’cause I just came from my fertility doctor and they need me to go into surgery to kind of clear out something in my uterus.”

When she finally gets through to the rapper, she explains: “This doctor that I saw today told me every worse case scenario…he was like, ‘OK, when you have your baby, this will be your last one, the problem is your placenta grew onto your uterus.’ ”

The brunette beauty later admits she is desperate to have another child.

She says: “When I was pregnant with North, I used to tell everyone there was no amount of money anyone could pay me to go through this experience again.

“And now, there is nothing on earth that I want more than to be pregnant again.

“I’m just so annoyed that my kids are going to be so many years apart.”

Kim previously revealed it was a “miracle” she conceived North because four doctors told her she would never be able to get pregnant.
