InterContinental Hotel celebrates new menus with special offer

InterContinental Hotel Nairobi has launched a new two-for-one promotion on signature cocktails at the Safari Bar to celebrate its new, revamped drink and bar snack menus.

The refreshed menus are part of a new programme by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) which is being rolled out across its Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. Celebrating more than 150 years of drinks mixology, the programme features the region’s best-loved and timeless cocktails, all made with Pernod Ricard premium brands, along with a completely revamped bar snack menu created by talented IHG hotel chefs.

Meanwhile, the bar snack menu has been created with the InterContinental guest in mind, with new creations including the signature Safari burger made of grilled beef with melted provolone, Portobello mushroom, aragula and sun-dried tomato in a soft bun brushed by balsamic mayo, Deep fried school prawns with paprika mayonnaise and the mouth-watering barbeque chicken wings.
