A list of the world’s top 50 models has been released.
The list was created based off of the contracts, campaigns and covers landed by the model within the past twelve months.
While none of the models are announced as the overall winner, raven-haired beauty Edie Campbell, 24, appears to come out on top having scored campaigns with Lanvin, Alexander McQueen and Louis Vuitton, as well as six magazine covers throughout 2014. The list also includes the models’ social media following, with Kendall, 19, racking up an enormous 32.7 million subscribers.
One famous face noticeably absent from the list is Brit model Cara Delevingne, who is reported to have earned £2.4 million in the last year alone.
However, Cara’s recent foray into the acting world could be responsible for her failure to land a position on the list having been cast in ‘Paper Towns’, ‘Pan’, ‘Kids in Love’, ‘London Fields’ and ‘Tulip Fever’, which are all set for release in 2015.
The list also includes 19-year-old Gigi Hadid, who made several appearances on ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ with her mother Yolanda Foster, who has starred on the series since 2012.
Other notable entrants include German-born Anna Ewers, blonde beauty Julia Nobis, Romanian Andreea Diaconu, Binx Walton, Vanessa Axente and Emily DiDonato.
