Exercises for double chin
Perhaps the most common cause of double chin is being overweight or having excess body fat. When a person carries a high fat diet accompanied by a lifestyle lacking exercise, face or chin may be one of the first areas where the body stores fat.

Face forward with mouth open, move the lower jaw to the right and then to the left side 5 times.
