Sankara Nairobi’s bar, The Gallery, has been award for the third time the distinguished Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.

The annual Wine Spectator Restaurant Wine List Awards recognizes restaurants and bars across the world whose wine list offer appealing selections, and is appropriate for their concept and entices a wide range of wine lovers.

Globally, The Wine Spectator is the most authoritative guide to wine and wine culture and with more than 5000 submissions annually – making it on their list is not an easy feat.

The Gallery has been awarded the Award of Excellence in 2011, 2012 and now 2014.  The Gallery was the first establishment in Eastern Africa to have been awarded the title.
