There’s nothing more irritating than disembarking from a long flight with your carry-on luggage and stepping into an ill-equipped airport transfer bus, one which looks more like a regular city bus with narrow passage ways and can only ferry a few passengers at a time.

With Kenya Airways latest delivery of three airside transfer buses as part of its customer experience enhancement program, cramped buses will soon be a thing of the past.

The delivery of the three airside transfer buses from COBUS, the market leader in Airport buses, will help raise the airline’s guest comfort and convenience, particularly as the transfer distances between the airside and the new Jomo Kenyatta International Airport terminals continue to stretch beyond the previous 150 meter distance.

By maintaining their own fleet of airside transfer buses, Kenya Airways seeks to optimize its customer convenience and improve its on-time departures thanks to efficient aircraft boarding and disembarkation.

The buses, which are available for the exclusive use of Kenya Airways guests and its partners, will improve the comfort of passengers greatly.

Two more airside transfer buses are expected to join the fleet in the coming four weeks.
