It has only been two weeks since Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) launched their on-line media campaign “#WhyILoveKenya.”
The campaign came at the backdrop of travel advisories issued by some of the foreign missions from top tourist source markets, a situation that has dealt a blow to Kenya as a tourist destination.
Rallying tourists, celebrities, corporate bodies, public and the private sector, and friends of the tourism sector to share globally Kenya’s uniqueness and how tourism are ongoing despite the travel advisories, social media has been set a buzz.
