    yes but be careful as too much of it daily can damage the liver esp cassia(chinese variety)The Ceylon one is known to be harmless but do your due diligence.Yes cinnamon is great and has many effective uses such as a disinfectant,antiviral,food preservative,food poisoning to erectile dysfunction since it thins the blood and improves circulation ,i have read if you smell it, it will improve your cognitive functions(brain power)ie you will perfom better in whatever mental task lies ahead of you eg exams and this is based on scientific studies
