ArtCaffe has acquired 7 outlets owned by Dormans for an undisclosed amount.

The deal will increase ArtCaffe’s outlets to 11 from the current 4 (located at Galleria, Junction, Thika Road Mall and Village Market) and will give it presence in more shopping malls like Yaya Centre, Karen and City Mall in Mombasa where there was a Dormans present.

Word is that ArtCaffe will re-launch the Dormans branch and will officially take over the rival’s operations in February.
