Smirnoff will at the end of this month take its ultimate nightlife experience ‘The Night’ to Nakuru, with a glow-in-the-dark themed party to be held at the Nakuru Athletic Club. This will be the first time The Night will be held in Nakuru, making it arguably the lakeside town’s biggest party this year.
The last edition of ‘The Night’ was held at the Carnivore Restaurant on the last day of December. The party drew in an estimated 3,000 revelers in what was billed as Nairobi’s biggest ever New Year’s Eve party.
This year Smirnoff promises to up the ante, and will for its first treat of 2013 take the party to Kenya’s fastest growing town, providing an out-of-town treat for non-residents of Nakuru and giving the residents of the lakeside town a chance to host Smirnoff’s inaugural party for 2013.
This edition of ‘The Night’ will feature a line-up of 13 DJs, led by well-known names such as DJ Joe Mfalme, DJ Mista Dru, DJ Hypnotic, DJ Protégé, DJ Kaydee, DJ Kaytrix, DJ Stretch, DJ Klash, DJ Incredible and DJ Rigz from Nairobi, alongside DJs Saidi, Trixta and V_Era from Nakuru.
Partygoers will be expected to come dressed in plain white t-shirts/shirts/blouses, to play off the UV-lit dome. The event is strictly for over-18s.
Tickets will be available at key bars in Nakuru from 22nd April 2013 at Ksh. 1,000.
