Sankara goes Sicilian for a week

The company’s chief winemaker has a dedication that dates back to 1989. Alessio has been closely involved with Planeta’s development, and promotes the company’s motto: For each region, its own winery.

He teams up with master chef Pumilia, who trained both in Italy and overseas. Before joining the Planeta team, he worked across Italy and several countries like Russia, Spain and Japan.
