Don’t fly solo.  Make some time for coffee and manageable catch-up sessions with good friends.  Now, if you do want to be miserable, you’re entitled to it.  But, just don’t let your funk mood drag on for too long.

Love yourself

Some may call it self-centered, but if you don’t love yourself, who else will?  Go do something to pamper yourself to the fullest.  Whether it’s dining in the most exclusive restaurants, having a Thai masseuse rub their fingers into you, or splurging on a divine manicure and pedicure – go do it!  Don’t feel guilty.
