#4 “I didn’t attend class”

For those still in campus, asking to borrow someone’s notes is the best bait.  “I didn’t attend class, is it possible to just borrow your notes for a bit?” you may ask your target.  The rest is history.

 

#5 Cars

Now this is a new one.  I’m not talking about driving your hot red Ferrari, and materialistic ladies start draping all over your hood, willingly.  The new use of cars as bait goes a bit like this:  You’re driving through the Nairobi traffic and you catch a glimpse of a pretty girl in a Vitz, minding her business making her way through the cars.  You manoeuvre your car so it comes very close to hers, and “accidently” nudges her car.  Leaving no real damage of course, but the pretty lady jumps out of her vehicle awaiting for your explanation.  You say, “Ati, it’s nothing, but I can have your number just in case we need to work out the compensation..”  The rest is history.
