All the above are good issues affecting all Kenyans but need to be addressed soberly,in a humble and not thumbing the chest manner, utilizing the available constitutional channels including having public consultative forums in a well organized and all participatory forum not public meetings addressed by the same Cord so called leaders. No body has a monopoly of wisdom thus need to involve all parties namely Jubilee,Cord,Fords,Narc, Civil Societies, academicians, religious organization and other friendly international non partisan friendly countries and Organization.
This approach will make Kenya one and move forward and the above resolution will cease to be political and become issues friendly to all.
I don’t know whether those resolutions were passed at the rally or that the Cord leaders sat somewhere in a room, drafted it and passed it. All the same, all the points they have raised should now be forwarded to the minority leader in parliament who can take it up from there. The only issue which is being handled in a very clumsy manner is that of our KDF in Somalia. Just as this saba saba rally at Uhuru park was convened without much thought, so too is the idea of withdrawing the KDF. Cord should realize that there are some African countries in AMISOM who don’t even share a border with Somalia. What I would like to hear from Cord is to hear them loudly and publicly denouncing the al-shabaab. It is okay to criticize the Government, but to avoid denouncing al-shabaab and to demand the Government to pull out the KDF from Somalia is as good as being a spokesperson of the al-shabaab.
Hey guys… whats up with raila i was his supporter buh now am not coz he is showing his true colours. first he has never accepted his defeat upto this day. then he is in the government when kdf was sent to somali and coz simply now he is not in government he wants kdf out of somalia. NKT!!!
