Thanks for demystifying the Anglo leasing monster.

Its a difficult and painful decision but Kenya has to pay and let it be a lesson for the country. Next time anyone signs any agreements on behalf of Kenya the lazy ministers/senators have to vet it accordingly without politicizing everything. Today its Jubilee in power tomorrow its cord lets be financially responsible no party want’s to clean anyone’s mess.

Lastly who was the fixer for this deal and how much is he gaining 10%??

Best put. Let’s not politic about anything and everything.

The major problem we have in Kenya is that many people don’t sit down to find out what exactly the Truth is. They believe everything their political leaders tell them and take it as the gospel truth. Right now Cord is planning to hold mass action demonstrations about anglo leasing, heaping all the blame on Githu and remaining very silent on Wako’s contribution. And yet the masses will be caught on tv screaming at the top of their voices like they even have a clue about what they are demonstrating for.

Interesting, except that this is the sort of treatise I would expect from the AG but unfortunately, its coming from a private citizen. This fact further gives credence to the opinion now gathering currency that the state law office is incompetent or that the officials there deliberately lost the case in court
